All in Line Events presents Stars in the Tropics 2025 – NON DANCER TICKET. Watch your family and friends, enjoy the day.
- Date: Saturday 31st May 2025.
- Time: 9.30am – 4.30pm. (Doors open 8.45am)
- Venue: Cairns High School, Bou-wa – Centennial Hall.
- Entry to venue is via Grafton street Cairns
- Lunch: Fully Catered Buffet Lunch
Your Hosts: Maddison Glover, Stephen Paterson, Simon Ward and Adrian Lefebour.
Note: Soft Shoe Policy applies to this dance floor as a condition of hire. You will be required to tick a box at check out to confirm you have read and understand the rules that apply.
General Instructions when purchasing your tickets
choosing your Tickets
1. DANCER – $95.00 (Lunch Included)
This ticket gives you access to all line dance and work shops and social line dancing from 9.30am – 4.30pm. Must abide by the Soft Shoe Policy
2. Non- Dancer – $30.00 (Lunch Included)
This ticket gives you spectator access from 9.30am – 4.30pm. Must abide by the Soft Shoe Policy
When purchasing dancer and non-dancer tickets. Just add one after the other to the cart.
3.Hemingway’s Brewery – $35.00
This ticket gives you access to our evening event at Hemingway’s Brewery. It includes a drink on arrival ($10 voucher) and finger food
4. A Day on Green Island – $140
This ticket gives you access to a day on Green Island include return ferry, lunch, line dancing, choice of snorkeling or glass bottom boat
PURCHASING YOUR TICKET(S)

- Optional – Add any additional tickets
- Click on the view cart (All tickets should be in your cart)
- Click on proceed to checkout.
- Fill in your information
In the notes section
- Add the name of your club / names of the people you wish to sit with.
- Add experession of interest for: Palm Cove – Friday line dancing and meet and greet event.
- Confirm you have read the soft shoe policy (Tickets won’t be issued without this confirmation)
PART OF A GROUP
What to do if you are part of a group and wish to sit together. When you view cart and ready to purchase your ticket(s), you will click on: proceed to checkout. In the check out section, after you have you filled out your information, there is a section available to add notes. In this section please add the name of your club / names of the people you wish to linked with.
Payment
How to make the payment. Payment is made by Direct Deposit. When the order has been placeed you will receive our bank details and confrimation email. Once you have made your bank deposit, we will confirm the payment by email and release your tickets. Please see below the options on how to can receive your tickets.
RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS
How do I receive my tickets? You have a few options regarding your tickets, depending where you are located and how you want to recieve them.
- If you are in Cairns, collect them direct from Chris or Steve.
- If you are not in Cairns: Pick them up when you arrive in Cairns either from Chris or Steve or at the event.
- Tickets will be emailed directly to the email address supplied
Line dancers appreciate good wooden floors to dance on. However, these floors damage easily and we need to protect them or risk losing access to these venues. Most venues now required instructors to enforce the “Soft Shoe Policy” as a condition of hire!
Cairns High School brand new Bou-wa – Centennial Hall require us to strictly enforce this policy. PLEASE READ THE SOFT SHOE POLICY
