General Instructions when purchasing your tickets

Payment

How to make the payment. Payment is made by Direct Deposit. When the order has been placeed you will receive our bank details and confrimation email. Once you have made your bank deposit, we will confirm the payment by email and release your tickets. Please see below the options on how to can receive your tickets.

RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS

How do I receive my tickets? You have a few options regarding your tickets, depending where you are located and how you want to recieve them.

  1. If you are in Cairns, collect them direct from Chris or Steve.
  2. If you are not in Cairns: Pick them up when you arrive in Cairns either from Chris or Steve or at the event.
  3. Have them posted to you direct.

Letting us know your Option: When you are in the check section, after you have you filled out your information, there is a section available to add notes. Let us know which option suits you the best.

choosing your Tickets

When choosing your ticket there are 3 options. 

1. DANCER – $45.00 (Lunch Included)

This ticket gives you access to all line dance and work shops and social line dancing from 9.30am – 4.30pm

2. Non- Dancer – $15.00 (Lunch Included)

This ticket gives you spectator access from 9.30am – 4.30pm

3. Local Spectator – $10.00 

This ticket gives you spectator access from 9.30am – 4.30pm (LUNCH NOT INCLUDED)

When purchasing 1 or more tickets. Just add one after the other to the cart.

What to do if you are part of a group and wish to sit together. When you view cart and ready to purchase your ticket(s), you will click on: proceed to checkout. In the check out section, after you have you filled out your information, there is a section available to add notes. In this section please add the names of the people you wish to linked with.
